Toyochev, has taken "Koma" technology to the civilian
market now. Capable of acting as both walker and 4
wheel independent drive transport, they are a bit pricey
for a one man vehicle. They do not possess the AI
of their military cousins, or their manipulator arms,
but they are extremely maneuverable. In walker
mode, the top speed is 10mph.

NCPD recently switched to the Tomcat, it was deemed that an American company would generate more trust in the public eye, the Tomcat is also more maneuverable and faster than its competitors, with the possible exception of the Max Interceptor.
