The Site seer is a small observation pod that was originally developed for the military, its low weight and small size made it easy to transport, then it would simply be launched, fly up as high as needed, and act as sort of a mobile observation tower.  Of course the military pretty much passed on this in favor of smaller RPV's, and that would have been the death of this creation.  However resort towns and sight seeing expeditions pickup on this vehicle and went wild with it.  No most parks, resorts, and vacation spots rent these pods out by the hour and tourists use them to go up and observe the view in a manner that was previously unavailable with the exception of hot air balloon's.
