The motorcycle itself is nothing more than the military version of a fairly respectable off-road bike.  The only thing that makes this vehicle truly impressive is its optional sidecar, a 7.62mm minigun capable of laying waist to all that lay before it.  Unfortunately the weapon has no tracking ability other than slight elevation.  While this hasn't stopped many militaries from picking up small numbers of these vehicles, no military has made a significant purpose.  The bike sans minigun however is a popular seller in both the military and civilian market.  (Without minigun the bike sells for 6,900eb and is available to the public.)

These lightly armored and armed military motocross style bikes are part of the U.S. Militaries Megaforce project.  Designed specifically to operate in desert and high heat environments, all the vehicles in the Megaforce are coated with a special heat absorbing and dispersing substance that all but nullifies engine heat signatures.  This means the vehicles cannot be tracked by heat seeking missiles, or detected by thermograph.  Trials are still underway, but prototypes have been mass produced for field testing in the ethiopian and DRC conflict zones.
