The Serpent is the fastest aquatic

The Japanese spent years perfecting this,

Manufactured in Australia, the AHPV-32's
made
up a significant portion of Australian coastal defense.
Since
then the Australians have upgraded and sold off many of these
old
hoverpanzers. Due to the nature of the vessel,
customization is
incredibly easy, and now that most of these are in civilian
hands, or
the hands of small militias or thrid world militaries, you are
very
unlikely to ever see two AHPV-32's that look or perform the
same.
The above example, dubbed the Mr. Midnight, is representative
of
this. The Mr. Midnight has been outfitted for smuggling
contraband goods, a role that is becoming increasing common
for the
craft.
