The fifth floor is mostly unused, with the only rooms being the security and staff rooms, which have had the walls knocked out on the outside rooms to form one large room used by Hall and Vicki, the room across the hall are generally unused.  Their are no hallways connecting these room to the only other room in the house and attic is used for storage, and their are six hidden gun placements each holding "quad fifties" to be deployed in the event of an assault.  At least 4 security guards roam the attic at all times, as the attic offers the highest vantage point in the house and their are numerous peepholes to allow them to view all four sides of the estate.

The only other room on the fifth floor belongs to Yumi and Scott when they are not staying at their apartment downtown or at the Nakajimo building.  This is the largest bedroom in the house and the room was originally designed to be Char's bedroom, however Scott won the room from Char in a billiards game. The room is huge although the decor is not altogether fitting with the rest of the house, and the furniture placement is a bit jumbled.  It is pretty much what you would expect from Scott and Yumi.
